What if I can't be present for the delivery?

No problem! We rely on Poste Italiane specifically for parcel storage. They will make two delivery attempts on two consecutive business days. If the recipient is still not found on the second attempt, they will leave a notice in the mail indicating the post office where the package will be held (the one closest to your home) where it will be held ready for collection for a maximum of 10 days.
